A commercial photography project created for Mines 11, a café located within an all-ice environment. The photography highlights chocolate- and caramel-rich desserts against the venue’s cold surroundings, creating a distinctive contrast between the warmth of the products and the frozen atmosphere.

Photography Approach

Close compositions were used to emphasize dessert textures, melted chocolate, caramel, fruit, and presentation details while maintaining each product as the primary focus.

The venue’s cool lighting and blue and purple reflections were incorporated into the visual treatment. These cold tones contrast with the warm colors of chocolate and caramel, visually expressing the central concept: rich, comforting desserts served inside a frozen environment.

Ice surfaces and environmental details were also introduced into selected frames to connect the products with the surrounding venue and present Mines 11 as a complete experience rather than a conventional café.
